The Homestead
At the heart of Sylvan Glen Estate is the most delightful Southern Highlands accommodation: a heritage guesthouse built in the 1870s, fully updated with all its charm intact. This house is yours exclusively. You and your guests can relax in total privacy.
The guesthouse features 15 en-suite rooms, each heated and lovingly decorated. Some rooms have additional beds, bringing the total occupancy at Sylvan Glen Estate to 42 people if required. For conferences, up to 32 people can be accommodated including twin-shares.
A full dining area leads onto an outdoor terrace, BBQ area and pizza oven looking over the property. Our suggestion? How about make-your-own pizza masterchef challenge while the sun sets, then get cozy inside with a glass of wine and a hosted trivia night.
The Scribbly Cottage
Set in a private 5 acre corner of the Sylvan Glen Estate, Scribbly Cottage sits on a ridge between the golf course and a neighboring vineyard.
The 320 sqm house sits surrounded by mature gardens and native Scribbly gum trees and has been thoughtfully designed to provide a high quality and memorable self-contained stay. It is close enough to Sylvan Glen Estate to walk for a game of golf or a coffee but operates separately, and both are private from each other.
It is the ideal venue for families of up to 20 people, golf groups, small conferences, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and intimate celebrations.
The Hideaway
Unique and stylish, the Hideaway is located within Sylvan Glen Estate and is privately positioned between The Homestead and The Cottage. Thoughtfully designed to offer privacy and comfort, it is often chosen by bridal couples as a secluded base before and after their celebration.
This couples-only retreat features luxurious finishes throughout, including a full kitchen, a generous 72 sqm living area, a private deck, a fire pit, and a wood-fired outdoor bathtub. Every detail has been curated to create a sense of calm and indulgence, allowing you to slow down and truly unwind.
A special place for special memories, the Hideaway blends the quiet beauty of the countryside with refined city inclusions: an intimate escape designed to be enjoyed at your own pace.
