Matt and Donna bought Sylvan Glen Estate 25 years ago.
At first, it seemed like a crazy idea: leaving Sydney to embrace the countryside! But from day one, their approach focused on caring for others and the desire to see happy faces throughout the year.
In this place, they saw space, calm, and the huge potential to bring people together.
As the estate evolved, it became a place for weddings, retreats, and group stays. Today, it reflects years of thoughtful care, made with heart.
Sylvan Glen Estate remains family run. Matt and Donna live on the property alongside Matt’s parents, who are part of daily life on the estate and always ready to help.
They know every nook and cranny, every hidden gem, and will be delighted to help you bring to life every ideas you have in mind for your big day.
Where the time held gently
Sylvan Glen Estate hosts one wedding per weekend, across three days, with exclusive use of the estate. This gives couples and their guests time to arrive, settle, and stay present. Everything happens in one place: accommodation, ceremony, celebration, meals, quiet and fun moments.
To make this happen, Donna works closely with couples, guiding planning, coordinating accommodation, and supporting each wedding weekend from start to finish.
Matt looks after the land and houses. He maintains the grounds, always improve spaces, and ensures the estate feels cared for at all times.
Together, Matt and Donna host with attention and care, preparing the estate as a place to be shared.
